This page explains what happens to your email address when you subscribe to AI Newsletter, published by Ultimate Vision Ltd.
What we collect
- Your email address. The only thing you give us.
- The form you used (for example "home-hero"), so we know which parts of the site are working.
- A one-way hash of your IP address and browser string. These are hashed before storage and cannot be read back to the original value. We keep them only to detect automated abuse of the sign-up form.
- The time you subscribed.
We do not use analytics scripts, advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this site.
What we do with it
- We send you the newsletter you asked for. One email a week.
- Occasionally we may email about a change to the publication itself, such as a schedule change.
- That is all. We never sell, rent or share your address with anyone.
How it is stored
Subscriptions are stored in a plain append-only file on a server in the European Union. Access is restricted to the publisher.
How to be removed
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email editor@ainewsletter.co.uk and we will remove your address, usually the same day.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email editor@ainewsletter.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.

This site sets no cookies of its own, and none for advertising.
